What is the difference between BSZ060NE2LSAA1 and BSZ060NE2LSATMA1
Hello,
I was able to locate both parts online and they both use the same datasheet for the parameters. The part number for ordering is BSZ060NE2LS and any lettering after would indicate the way it is shipped T&R, Bulk or tube and internal markings from Infineon.
Both are classified as MOSFET N-CH 25V 12A/44A TSDSON
