Why would a new Teledyne LeCroy Power Supply T3PS43203 not output the correct voltage range?
On the back of the Teledyne LeCroy power supply, there are two switches that have to be in the right locations for the input voltage you are using.
If both of the input voltage switches are not in the correct positions, the output voltage of the power supply will not be correct.
