Yes, this part connects to the Dremel and allows the debris to get sucked up and removed from the work area as it works.

The manufacturer’s product page would appear to be here. It would appear that there may be some confusion regarding Bosch vs Dremel due to acquisition and the item in question more suited to the former’s small routers than the common rotary hand tool for which Dremel is known.
