48QN50S17070 made by Plastronics, is a 48-QFN break-out adapter for testing purposes. Here is a datasheet that shows the details. I was able to find a break-out socket made by 3M that may be suitable. The part number is 3M10828-ND (248-5205-00). Here are some other parts that might work too, click HERE.
There are lot of replacements, one of them is OpenTop 790-42048-101G, and that is also replacement for 3M 248-5205-00 with identical PCB footprint
