is programming cables and debugging set up part of it if not can you suggest for individual item what additional accessories i have to order**

The STMicroelectronics Nucleo boards are typically sold without cables. Boards such as the NUCLEO-N657X0-Q are powered via a USB C cable. I’ve used my cell phone cables with good results.
The ESP32 board requires a microUSB cable.
The BG95 module requires additional attention. Please refer to this document: Quectel_Product_Brochure_V8.4.pdf
