DRP - AIは、Renesasが独自に開発したAIアクセラレーションユニットです。新世代のDRP - AI3アクセラレーションユニットは、DENSE（密）モデルで8TOPS、Sparse（疎）モデルで80TOPSに達する優れた演算能力を備えています。INT8量子化技術をサポートしており、比較的高い精度を維持しながら、モデルサイズと計算の複雑さを低減することができます。RZ/Vシリーズの動作温度範囲は-40°C～125°Cで、安定した性能を発揮します。また、ギガビットネットワークを内蔵しており、高速Ethernet開発に適しています。
