Altera is a supplier of high-end intelligence devices such as FPGAs, as well as accessories for them. One useful accessory is MK-A5E065BB32AEA, a development kit for Agilex 5 series devices that comes fitted with an A5ED065B SoC. We’ve gotten a number of questions asking whether this board also comes with a QUARTUS license for software development. Is this true?
