In order to setup the free license for the DE-25 FPGA Dev Kit,
after completing the process in Part 1 go to the following menu options in the quartus software as shown in the following picture,
Click under Get no-cost license icon and acknowledge the windows as shown above. This will complete the no-cost license registration. The DE-25 FPGA Dev Kit is a powerful platform featuring an HPS/FPGA Agilex 5 (available as D-Series and E-Series depending on the case) capable of implementing Tensor AI slices,
that go beyond what traditional/classical old school DSP slices implemented in the past,
and it is available at DigiKey.
