We currently do not carry the AP2309GEN-VB MOSFET from VBsemi; however we do carry SI2343CDS-T1-BE3 from Vishay Siliconix, DigiKey part number 742-SI2343CDS-T1-BE3CT-ND, which may work as a substitute. As always, please review the datasheets to ensure the alternative is compatible for your application.
