------Question for TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 Please Put your question below------
Hi noordwind,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
Unfortunately I could not open the link you provided. There’s an error on that page. Do you have a part number you’re trying to compare to the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35?
Hi, thanks for your Feedback. Sorry i posted a wrong link here it is:

Tanks again.
Hey noordwind,
From what I can find on both of these antennas, the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 seems to be a compatible replacement to the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK. I was unable to verify the VSWR and impedance for the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK, which the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 has a VSWR rating of 2 and impedance of 50 ohms. The center band is very close (2.4 GHz compared to the 2.45GHz for WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK), they have the same RP-SMA male termination, and are both omnidirectional.
I was able to find more information on this antenna on the MFG product page, linked HERE
Hi noordwind,
I agree with @mitch_13649 that the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 looks to be very similar to the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK.
Unfortunately the datasheet for the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK is lacking in details, so it’s difficult to compare many specifications, but they do look very similar. I see that we currently do not link the correct datasheet for the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35, but I found it here.
As @mitch_13649 mentions, they both work in the 2.4GHz range, with the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 also working in the 5.8GHz range.
The one difference that I note in which the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35 may not be sufficient is that its cable is only 1 meter long, whereas the document for the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK states that it has a 1.5 meter long cable. If that is not a problem, then there’s a good chance that it would work for you.
Another option to consider would be the ANT-2.4-WRT-RPS. It operates just in the same 2.4GHz frequency range as the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK, without the additional 5.8GHz frequency range of the TANGO29/1M/SMAM/RP/S/35. The primary difference between the ANT-2.4-WRT-RPS and the WLAN-OMNI-RSMA-PUK appears to be that it only has a 216mm long cable, though still with the RP-SMA connector.
Hej, that sounds great. Thanks a lot for your fast help.
in addition to that is it als possible to substitute this antenna with stub antenna with the same specification in Relation to the plug and with 2,4 ghz also 0dbi?
Here are some in that range to look at.
