Neither of those specific part numbers come up for me when searching Digi-Key products. Do you have links to them?
as far as 3.3V TO-220’s go, the 33269t-33 does match up quite nicely to the AP1117T33L-U, you do suffer a 200mA drop (1A → 0.8A) in operation, however.
If the AP117T33L-U wasn’t the right part to reference let us know, the “DI-ND” is our internal part number on the AP117 set and I assumed you were looking for a 3v3 regulator given your check against 33269t-33.
