It’s not a transistor, it’s a 3.3V linear regulator.
There are a number of variant prefixes/suffixes but the part you want is a 1117 regulator 3.3V.
The exact part in the photo is obsolete, the in stock equivalents are:
You are amazing,Thank you so much for your response. I have a circuit board that’s located on the power poles of my boat… You can clearly see that on the board got hot underneath, and it appears to be the bad part. Hopefully this repairs it. Save me like $250.00,

Glad to help but it’s far more likely that some downstream circuits are trying to draw too much power.
The 1117 series regulators have automatic shutdown when they get too hot from excessive current draw. So they usually survive and discolor the PCB when other components are the actual problem.
Thank you, going to try because its all the was on the conner of the board and should be an easy swap…The only thing that shows its self…If not just going to order the board…Ill let you know the out come…Thank You Paul…
