Af96 on an led light board.
Can anyone help with either a replacement or the part specs?
Could you post a better picture? Something with a high contrast and showing the surrounding components?

It seems the part is SOT-23-3 type and similar and many different varieties of ICs come in this package such as transistors, linear voltage regulators, PMICs etc.
The marking of AF96 did not help here as I found nothing on that. However, U1 on a PCB seems to call out a voltage regulator, though which one is not easy to determine from this info. Some SMD voltage regulators we have in stock in this package case or close are in the link below.
