Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum community.
There is a post already on these forums asking for the data sheet on ATMLH eeprom chips in the link below.
Seems that the numbers after the H refer to the date code and it isn’t the actual part number.
Looks like the data sheet is SPI Serial EEPROM 128 Kbits (16,384 x 8) and 256 Kbits (32,768 x 8) (microchip.com)
