After labtesting the silicon seems to be Si(400).
The silicon single crystal of the diode should show the effect of Bragg reflection causing a change in the photo diode current. Thus the diode can be used as a highly sensitive detector for the energy spread or the divergence of the incidence x-ray radiation.
