Baking Panasonic POSCAP™ TPB Series Capacitors?

Regarding whether to bake Panasonic POSCAP™ TPB 6TPB330ML capacitor, please see below product managers response:
“Panasonic does not recommend baking this part as it does not conform to JEDEC standards.”

Assuming this would apply for all of the POSCAP™ TPB series tantalum polymer capacitors.

Similar situation of POSCAP TPE series.

Panasonic does not state an MSL level for POSCAPs, they state a floor life. This is confusing as they list the MSL equivalent in their chart. Note that they state the parts do not meet the JEDEC standards for MSL, the parts should not be baked to remove moisture as damage may occur. The parts may be packaged in an MSL equivalent manner, but cannot put an MSL rating on the parts because it implies the parts can be baked, which Panasonic does not recommend.
