Battery Holder is broken

Hi, We use :


36-1043-ND

for many years now.

I noticed that the last batch we bought had a different color plastic. It used to be black, but it was grey.

Now a customer reports to me that the plastic is broken.

Is there a problem with the grey plastic? I never encountered this before.

36-1043-ND has a product change notification about this color change you are mentioning. Grey has been the color of the product since mid January 2021.
