Dimensionally, it looks like a pretty close match.
Regarding termination, I have not found a datasheet specifically for the LC-P1238AP, but from what I can tell, the “A” in the part number calls out a threaded post of either 5mm or 6mm rather than a square vertical terminal with a 5mm hole which would require a nut and bolt. Unfortunately, because I have not found the documentation for that particular battery, I don’t know whether it’s a 5mm or 6mm threaded post, though most Panasonic batteries seem to use the 5mm posts.

It does not appear that we offer any options with either a 5mm or 6mm post, but if you can use the Nut and Bolt option, then the GS Yuasa NP38-12B from our Marketplace would be an option.
If you need a battery that would ship directly from DigiKey and you could use a battery terminal with a female M6 threaded terminal and the accompanying M6 bolt and lock washers, then the EB50-12-I2 or the BP40-12-I2 might be an option.
