In both specification documents, I can see that they comply with the automotive grade AEC-Q101 standard. So, how should I distinguish between them? Can the BCP53-16T be used in the automotive project?

The main difference between BCP53-16T and BCP53-16T-Q is that it can be used for automobiles.
BCP53-16T-Q: AEC-Q101 standard is recommended for use in automotive applications.
BCP53-16T: It is a product for standard commercial and industrial applications.
Both products are 80V, 1A PNP power transistors, use SOT-223 package, and the basic electrical specifications are the same.
