Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I searched the markings and wasn’t able to come up with anything. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

That looks to be in SC-74A, SOT-753, also known as SOT-23-5 package case but I saw no NPN Pre-Biased transistors with AEC-Q101 qualification we carried in that package case at all.
