Same issue here. It generates the right renders, but claims there’s no solder mask. I can quote with every single other service, JLCPCB, PCBWay, PCBCart, OSHPark, etc. But for some reason, I can never get DK Red to work. We work with drill origin in the top left for all our setups and pick and place machine. I don’t want to mess with that just to get a quote.

That’s a new-user permissions issue, that should be fixed now…
To summarize the issue I found, there was a separate folder structure titled _MACOSX in the archive that had redundant versions of the layers, including soldermask. Deleting the redundant folder fixed the issue.
