Upload files in PCB Builder

When I try to upload my zip file to PCB Builder, I get “An error occurred, you gerber files cannot be uploaded”.
Please help, as I have tried in different browsers and on a separate laptop.

What CAD did you to generate your Gerbers? I believe RS-274-X is standard.

The gerbers and drill files are from Mentor (Siemens) Xpedition. A fairly new version.
When you see that error, what are all the possibilities? Bad zip file? Browser problems? I work for a corporation that has the internet and such locked down tight.

I can’t comment on Mentor CAD. I use Eagle V7 to produce Gerbers and use 7zip.org to zip them.
A third party gerber viewer like gerbv, which is freeware, is a good sanity check.

If everything looks good but still will not be accepted by DK, one of the technical staff that monitor this forum will generally reach out and ask you to send them your zip file to examine.

I was just re-reading your response and was wondering if your company’s internet lockdown might be an issue. Many companies reject zip files.
Workaround might be to put the files on a thumb drive and transmit from home. Otherwise, review with company IT if they could assist. Having worked with some large companies and done government work, the thumb drive might be the way to go.

If you would like you can direct message me your zip archive I can take a look to see if anything stands out.
