Hi @earljah420 ,
This won’t be the best answer, but, yes, the sensor is rated IP68 so you can soak it into a pond. The output is analog signal, thus it is (to some extent) matter of your acquisition circuit, how accurately it can detect the oxygen level (i.e. the water density, I assume). Maybe there are better ways to measure the oxygen level than the pressure. At least you’ll need to measure the atmospheric pressure as well.

I have a project study about fish kill here in my Province, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. I want to make a device to prevent it.
SOUTH COTABATO, MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES.
Hello earljah420,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
The data sheet linked below explains that this liquid level sensor can be submerged in most liquids and up to 5m. https://mm.digikey.com/Volume0/opasdata/d220001/medias/docus/313/KIT0139_Web.pdf
The product I need is oxygen level sensor. Thank you.
Seems you’re after a dissolved oxygen sensor/probe, or meter. We have some of those on our website here: Environmental Testers | Test Equipment | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey
I saw the products, it cost a lot for a prototypes. Hoping to have sponsor. Thank you for your ideas and opinion. God bless you all.
Unfortunately, from what I have read, the difference in density between highly oxygenated water and minimally oxygenated water is quite small, and well below the resolution levels of the KIT0139, which is designed for depth measurement.
The devices linked to by @Irfan_Koric are the best options we can offer for that application.
Hi @earljah420 ,
Take a look at this document explaining the oxygen measurement stuff.
One net shop named after a Brazilian rain forest seems to stock some oxygen meters.
Lake Sebu looks nice.
