Regarding LMH6518, In the datasheet it mentioned drive the input single ended, but did not mention FDA driving, I need to make sure it can be driven by an FDA?

The inputs of the LMH6518 are differential so you can drive it differentially with an FDA.
Often it’s easier for bench testing to test single-ended, which is why many sections of the datasheet specify single-ended.
