The Datasheet for this tool, says it will work with LMR-195 and LMR-200 cables.

That same datasheet lists the tool for the LMR-400 cable. The DigiKey part number is 1946-1019-ND, which is the manufacture part number CST-400.

Please check the datasheets to verify compatibility to your application.
