This may be a Panasonic FP series. I found a Datasheet that explains the markings.
470 = 470uf
A = 10V
FP = Series Identification
4R0 = Lot Number
The little dot after the AFP, is for a Lead-Free product.

Hi Speedcrew,
It’s a 470uF 10V capacitor from Panasonic’s FP series. It could be any one of the following:
- EEE-FP1A471AP Standard FP series part
- EEE-FP1A471AL Halogen free version of FP series (will “H” marked on underside)
- EEE-FP1A471AV Anti-vibration version of FP series (Will have different side and footprint compared to standard version. Plastic will rise up the side of the body - see below)
