If yes, pls let me know the supporting software to access this board, because the concern web page of CS is not available software to access the development board.

Looks like these are discontinued from the manufacturer:
CS4365/85/85A | Cirrus Logic
They have some information on that page but do not offer any additional support nor software for it.
The software for eval boards like this is usually a downloadable option from the manufacturers website.
Since this product is discontinued it seems that Cirrus Logic is no longer offering the software for it.
