The datasheets are similar but a little different, however going to the Century Spring web site and searching for 70050 sends you to the 70050CS page. So I suspect the differences are only variations in how it has been specified over time.
A little more browsing/searching their site I find that there are only two versions of part 70050. The “CS” stands for compression spring, and the two versions are 70050CS which is music wire and 70050SCS which is stainless steel wire.
