Does this unit come with a certificate of calibration?

Just to confirm, are you talking about the B&K precision LCR meter 894?
That is correct. Does the cert require being requested, or does it just come with it? I require clarification for purchasing.
The datasheet says this for “standard accessories” which usually indicate they come with: “AC power cord, 4-wire Kelvin clip test lead, 4-terminal test fixture, shorting bar, certificate of calibration, test report.” This means you shouldn’t have to ask for it upon ordering. Please let us know if it does not come with as we would have to contact B&K afterward.
The certificate of calibration would likely be a general certificate and not NIST traceable.
