From what I can find, it appears that the NS1 may be a call out to revision. Based on the rest of the part number, it would appear that the only other difference would be Frequency Stability. CO2520-25.000-1.8-50 would have +/-50PPM and the other would have +/-15PPM. It may work as an alternative, but would depend on your application.
