Searching for alternatives for RR122-1B92-512, the closest I can find from Coto Technology is RR122-1B92-511 but this is in a different package. We do have a couple of other options from Coto Technology in the same package and I linked them below.
Couple things to consider, these are NRND and obsolete respectfully but we currently do have stock available. There are also slight differences in the sensing range and currently supply so check the datasheet.
