The label on the component reads ANN and the component has 6 pins and is about 2MM wide and 2MM long and 1MM tall. Any help identifying a compatible replacement part would be extremely great. Please and Thank you.

Looking at part marking ANN I was able to find a few parts from TI that use the ANN part marking. These chips 3.3-volt, voltage regulators, with 6-pin, in a 2mm x 2mm size, and each one look to be an updated version of the last chip.
Those parts are part number TPS715A33DRVT, part number TPS715A33DRVR, and part number TPS715A33DRVRM3.
