Part marking AWG looks to be for part number TPS3803-01DCKR.

Part marking 1A may be more difficult to identify as there are many parts with this. It is hard to tell from the photo but how many pins was this? Looked like 5pins. Did you have any ideas regarding the function of the IC?

Part Marking with 1A have 6pin. I don’t have any ideas of the chip. due to i can’t tested. Thank u
