Hi pvergili,
Welcome to the TechForum.
Please attach images of each part to help in identification. Seeing the physical part, and sometimes the surrounding components as well, can help narrow down the options and make identification more likely.
David, thanks for the recomendation
First image is LT51 #4A
Second Image JFZ K150
Third 5700 1BCPZ #21348 1294
This is not an easy task.
To identify the name of the element, we need to know:
pvergili
Thank you for contacting Digikey , I will have to agree with Adam7 on this one , I have not been able to find anything with those part markings .
Thanks Craig
Adam, thanks for the response.
All this chips are installed in a wireless ultrasonic thickness measurement gauge, the device is from the company Mistras and the board model is the 1616-ut or caliperay (commercial model)
Saddly I can not tell what function does any of the chips perform, if I guess
The 5700 1BCPZ #21348 1294, must have something to do with the wireless communicatio as it is near the transceiver
The JFZ K150 I assume is used in some part of the data acquisition from the ultrasonic gauge as it is near a preamp
And LT51 #4A again a wild guess it should be something of powe distribution as it is near of the power supply and other voltage regulators
All the markings are complete:
5700 1BCPZ #21348 1294
JFZ K150
LT51 #4A
Hi pvergili,
Well, there’s a pretty good chance that the “5700 1BCPZ #21348 1294” is the AD5700-1BCPZ HART modem. The datasheet doesn’t show the part marking, but the part number seems quite similar to your marking, and the package seems right, as a 4x4mm 24-WFQFN.
The JFZ K150 is almost certainly the AD8330ACPZ Op-Amp. The 3x3mm 16-WFQFN package is right, and the datasheet states that it is marked with “JFZ”.
David, thanks for the help that seems about right.
Adam it looks like LT5L now that you mention it and algo it is not a #4A but rather #1A, and yes the case is a QFN-10
I haven’t figured out the LT5L yet, but agree that it’s likely a switching regulator, and since the other parts were Analog Devices parts, there’s a decent chance that it’s also from them, or one of their acquisition brands like Linear Technology or Maxim.
I could only find LT2.

Seems right to me.
ADP5300ACPZ-1-R7
Good find!
Adam how in the world did you find it? I’ve been looking for it all weekend.
Thank you very much for the help.
This is a big secret.
But seriously, it is experience and ability to use different Internet resources.
You are Welcome!
