NCV8535MNADJR2GOSCT-ND seems like a reasonable guess for the second; not finding much in terms of the first. Have you any idea what sort of function it’s performing?

I was guessing UART related because it starts with 232 and it’s located near the edge of the board.

Hi Jake - on that first chip, is there a logo or anything that indicates who the manufacturer might be? I didn’t find anything using any of the numbers written on it, sorry about that.
