Replacement chip for some dead device

Can someone help me identify the chip in the picture and find a replacement? Probably some kind of MOSFET.

I can’t tell from the picture, but it looks like there are 10 pins to a side there, for 20 total. Can you verify if this is accurate, please? The numbers on the chip packaging don’t bring anything up, so if you could also give info on what this is out of? It may be possible to find some kind of data sheet or schematic with that info, which could possibly give some replacement info.
