Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! The picture is a bit blurry, and I can make out the 8FB on the first line and the 9AA on the second line; are you able to provide the information that is on the third line? That may assist with the manufacturer identification.

Looking over the marking on the item I am not able to find an item that matches the item shown.
Would you have any further details?
Who would the manufacturer be for the chip?
Is there information on what the item maybe doing on the board?

Thank you for response, I’ve been searching for this part for many days with no results, hope you can help.
The part is a power IC supplies voltage to LCD in a Garmin Striker 4 device.
I attached a photo from back and front of the board.
With out knowing who the manufacturer of the chip is to assist with narrowing the options down offering options is not something I would be able to do.
If that component is bad, perhaps removing it to see if there is any marking on the back side?
