I need some help locating part numbers for both sides of the white connector shown as well as the appropriate pins. They are 3-pin connectors, and the distance between pins is about .045"

Your connectors looks quite similar to these: 0510470300 and the mating connector 0510210300.
These are crimp type connectors and the contacts for each can be found at the bottom of each product’s detail page, under the heading “Associated Products”. The distance between the pins (known as the pitch) is 0.049" (1.25mm).
