The datasheet shows that the suffix in this case as many other parts do that the “C” stands for commodity part. For those that do not know, “commodity” in this context means that the part does not have special ratings. Particularly, the one without the “C” conforms to AEC-Q200. This tends to be the case for many similar parts that have a “C” as a suffix. “Commodity” can also be written for some parts as “standard” amongst other similar words, again it’s always good to check the datasheet for a part builder for an explanation.
