Can anyone help me ID or cross reference this IGBT module? It is part of a welder power supply. Searches haven’t yielded much. The original manufacturer was Danfoss, I believe. I have circuit diagrams if they are helpful.

Hello dgcope,
Thank you for your post.
I am not able to find much for ratings or information on that IGBT Module other than some third-party sites mentioning it.
If you happen to have one in your possession you could take some pictures or attach some of the ratings and from there, we could try to find a replacement.
Hi Brent, sorry to pester you, but have you been able to locate anything for me?
It looks to me as if Danfoss runs a business in custom power modules of that nature. Custom parts don’t cross-ref very nicely by definition, so an OEM part is probably the thing one would need to look for.
Right, I believe it is a custom module. The OEM doesn’t offer the module, only the entire board at an unreasonable cost. I was hoping to find a suitable substitute.
I too am not able to verify the specs on the original IGBT module.
It may be that the first 50 and 600 in the item number call out the voltage and current rating(or vis versa) However I did not see an option that looked similar enough to the item in your image.
@dgcope
The below link shows options that we do have that look similar.
IGBT Modules | IGBTs | Transistors | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey
However in addition to not be certain on the needed voltage and current ratings.
The exact internal configuration is also not known.
As you see in the above link. The ones that look like your can have different configurations in the same package style.
