Sorry not sure what category to place this question in, but I am looking for either a replacement number or datasheet for some IGBT units.
They are Semikron branded with part number SKiiP 83HEC125T1 and SKiiP 83EC125T1

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the part on their web pages. It is possible that this is a custom part.

I did that also while doing this forum question. The IGBTs in question are customer specific so they can’t give me info and I have to get it direct from the manufacturer of the equipment. So I will do that.
