Does anyone know where to find the datasheet of the transistors c-8187-4 and c-8188-2 they was used in this amps MA5000VZ / MA3600VZ from Crown, Amcron? They are similar or even to the Onsemi MJ 15024 /25 ? May be anyone makes also good experiences with the MJ 21196/95 to exchange and its all to exchange or only the defective ones?
