Digi-Key will make ribbon cable assemblies from the FFC connectors that we stock from TE Connectivity. They are listed as a Value-Add item on our web site. Cable assemblies can be made as Solder Tab to Solder Tab, Receptacle Housing to Solder Tab, or Receptacle Housing to Receptacle Housing.
These will be available in .050" (1.27mm) or .100" (2.54mm) pitch.
There will be a setup fee involved for all new custom cables.

For Example we will use the Digi-Key part number A9BAG-0404F-ND
The Description will show it as FLEX CABLE - AFF04G/AF04/AFE04T
The AFF04G is the connector housing part number.
The socket contact for that is used in the housing is A124954TR-ND
The AFE04T is for the Solder Pin Tab that is used.
The AF04 will be the part number for the cable that is used.
