DDR3 chip comparision

What is the difference between the three parts MT41K256M16TW-107 XIT:P, MT41K256M16TW-107 AIT:P and MT41K256M16TW-107 AAT:P.?
Can I use a chip mentioned DDR3L for DDR3 operation?

The only difference between these three parts is the temperature range for the case:

MT41K256M16TW-107 XIT:P -40°C to +95°C Industrial Grade with Product Longevity Program support

MT41K256M16TW-107 AIT:P -40°C to +95°C and Automotive, AEC-Q100 qualification approval

MT41K256M16TW-107 AAT:P TR -40°C to +105°C and full Automotive, AEC-Q100 qualification approval including PPAP support

Yes, these chips can still be used for DDR3 operation as the mentioned DDR3L specification is fully backward compatible as long as the voltage range is met with: 1.283V to 1.45V.
