It would be highly unusual for the manufacturer of a custom consumer product accessory, designed only to be used with a product from another manufacturer, to release all design files.
If they released the drawings then other manufacturers would steal their design, and since it has only one intended application, the vast majority of users do not need any drawing at all.
If you wanted to buy a thousand or so pieces, the manufacturer might offer you drawings (although you might have to sign an NDA to get them).
