TDK has an MLCC Catalog Number Description that can help you. The “050” indicates the thickness; the first ‘B’ is a packing indicator, and the last ‘B’ is a TDK internal code for which we don’t have a guide. Those internal codes rarely affect the form, fit, or function of a product.

Part number C1005X7R1E104K is more than likely the same as C1005X7R1E104K050BB, but it’s simply missing the full suffix. You can verify this with the data in that document, though.
