Difference between suffix M and T in 4700-008 (mfg : TUSONIX)

Hello,

I am looking for an explanation of the various suffixes related to 4700-008. I see:

4700-008MLF

4700-008TLF
(MFG: TUSONIX)
Specifically, what does the “M” and “T” indicate?

It looks the datasheet and the manufacture website doesn’t describe the meaning of M/T and LF, but M/T would be a packaging option(quantity, M=2,000/reel and T=7,000/reel) and LF would be lead free.
