Hello I’m looking for this diode with a marking M (I’m pretty sure that 2S P3 are traceability codes).
I believe the package is SOD-123F.

Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. I did some searching and wasn’t able to find any information on these markings. Do you have a schematic or other specifications we could use to try find an alternate for this part ?
