Diode MV5023 - Hard to find

Hello DigiKey Community,

I am seeking information about a hard-to-find part, Diode MV5023. Note that it is a diode, not an LED which is what commonly shows up in database searches. This appears to have been made by Microchip at one point, possible as a custom part.

If anyone in the community has experience with this part, we’d appreciate you sharing including a possible datasheet, and where it can be procured.

Unfortunately, I am only finding information related to the MV5023 LED. I have been unable to find anything related to this just as a diode.
