Sir kindly let me know the part numbers with code of diodes shown in the picture

B16 I believe it is a 16 volt Zener diode.

You will have to go through the datasheets to find the right package.

The top Diode has a Vishay logo,
I was not able to ID the diode,
but i think it is a TVS Diode
